in search of common ground 6/15/09

Hey folks,

The 263 opening exhibition will be at 2pm on Saturday, August 8th.  The show, "In search of common ground," will run from Aug. 6 - Aug 30, and will be a
collection of original and updated versions of all my work to date, as
well as at least one new piece.  Even if you've seen my work in person
before, a few things may have changed, maybe grown a bit.

I'd like to make this just a really massive community event so bring
some food and some people and we'll have a big party.  Hope to see you
there!

New Show in Cambridge! 5/8/09

I've just confirmed a new exhibition at Gallery 263 in Cambridge for the month of August.  Exact dates are forthcoming.  As this is my first show in Eastern Mass, I'll be able to show a healthy mix of old and new work.  Keep early August open for me!

Hampden images are up! 3/11/09

I posted the images from the Hampden exhibition tonight.  Thank you John Polak once again for your excellent photography.

It's come to my attention recently that the image galleries do not appear as they should on all browsers, particularly that the text that accompanies the images is not visible.  If you don't see the text in the bottom left corner of the galleries, it's there, it's just white.  I'm having the problem addressed and it should be visible to all shortly.

FYI - click download to enlarge the image.

update 3/13: the gallery text is fixed!  thank you kelly albrecht of left-click for fixing that and for building this website for me in the first place.

News! 2/24/09

The Hampden exhibition has been extended an extra two weeks!  The new work will now be up until Thursday March 12.  I will also be having a sampling of work up at 1369 Coffeehouse in Cambridge, MA in Central Square for the 15th Anniversary Staff Art Show.  There will be a good mix of old stuff and new stuff.  The show will be open for all of March.

The Resulting Effect 2/3/09

Thank you to everyone that made it out on Sunday for the show. I can say with a good degree of certainty that everyone had a good time and enjoyed what they saw.  Never once throughout this whole process did I think this show would be as well-received as my first one, but in my mind it was equally successful.  I can say for sure that it as just as much fun for me to see and hear your reactions.  I'm having the work photographed soon and will have images up as soon as I can.  And for those of you who missed the opening, the work will be there until February 26th.  Gallery hours are as follows:

Monday-Thursday 12-6pm

Sunday 2-5pm

I hope you'll make the trip.  Thanks again everyone for your support.
